Important Announcement! Our Nameservers are Changing

Important Announcement

We have scheduled our old nameservers to be turned off at 05:00 PM EST on October 31, 2024. We are notifying clients they need to update their nameservers for all domains hosted with us. If you use a 3rd party DNS provider like Cloudflare, you do not have to take any action. Only our nameservers are changing. IP addresses will remain the same.

Why are we changing nameservers? The new domain whitehostlabel.com providers a more “white label” hosting experience. It’s common for hosting providers to use generic nameservers for privacy reasons, and switching to our new nameservers will be in line with industry standard.

The new nameservers are live and you can update your nameservers at any time after reading this announcement.

Old Nameservers:

ns1.dedicatedrack.com

ns2.dedicatedrack.com

New Nameservers:

ns1.whitehostlabel.com

ns2.whitehostlabel.com

Q: What if I’m using a 3rd party DNS provider like Cloudflare?
A: If you are using a 3rd party DNS service like Cloudflare, you do not need to do anything. This notice is only for customers that are using our nameservers.

Q: What happens if I do not update my nameservers for my domains?
A: If you do not update your nameservers by October 31st, 2024, your website will be inaccessible.

Q: Are you changing company names?
A: Absolutely not! We are staying BoxFly.com. whitehostlabel.com will simply be our “white label nameservers.” This is something that is common in the web hosting industry.
