Terms and Conditions:

2. In order to qualify for the annual $4.99 .com domain registration, you must add a new .com domain to your cart and pay triennially for either the Big Box or Box 3 hosting plan.
3. If you are a new customer and you cancel your hosting plan within 30 days for a refund, you will receive a refund only for the web hosting portion.
4. Domain purchase is non-refundable. If you cancel your hosting plan within 30 days as a new customer, you will receive an invoice for $9 to pay the difference for the .com domain registration. If the invoice is not paid within 72 hours, your domain will be suspended until the invoice is paid. If the invoice is not paid within the first year, your domain will be cancelled.
5. If you cancel your hosting plan, your .com domain promotional price of $4.99 will end. Your .com domain will renew at the going rate. At the time of this announcement, the rate is $13.99/yr for .com renewals.
6. All domain registrations are manually reviewed. This review process can take up to 6 hours.
