Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of domain name purchases, we cannot offer refunds.
Can I transfer my domain away from BoxFly?
Yes, after your domain has been registered with BoxFly for 60 days, you can transfer your domain away from BoxFly. We'll be sad to see you go. Please reach out to us to see if there's anything we can do before you leave!
Can I use an external email service with my domain?
Sure! You do not need to host your email on our servers. You can signup for a 3rd party email service such as, Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace, and have your email hosted with them. It's as simple as updating your MX Record. We can assist you if you get stuck.
Can I get a free SSL with my domain purchase?
Absolutely. However, you will have to purchase one of our hosting packages with your domain name in order to get a free SSL certificate.
Do you offer WHOIS protection?
Yes, the cost is $3.99/yr per domain. During checkout, click the box to include WHOIS protection so your personal info is kept private once you register your domain.
Do you offer special domain pricing?
